SendCDL is an online platform that connects CDL (Commercial Driver's License) holders with employers in the trucking and transportation industry. We provide tools for job posting, job searching, profile creation, and direct communication between parties.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using SendCDL agree to:

• Post only legitimate, real job openings
• Provide accurate job descriptions, pay rates, and requirements
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Not discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics
• Handle applicant data responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws

5. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers using SendCDL agree to:

• Provide accurate profile information, including CDL class and endorsements
• Upload only genuine documents (CDL license, medical cards)
• Not misrepresent qualifications or experience
• Communicate professionally with employers

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Post spam or unsolicited commercial messages

7. Free Listings & Paid Features

SendCDL offers a free tier for job postings. Featured listings and premium placement may be offered as paid add-ons. Pricing and terms for paid features will be clearly disclosed before purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SendCDL does not guarantee that job listings are accurate, that employers are legitimate, or that drivers will be hired. We are a platform connecting parties — we are not a staffing agency or employer of record.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendCDL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any employment decisions made based on information found on the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
