Boyd offers a paid two-week onboarding — one week of orientation in Birmingham and one week with a flatbed instructor — where you'll earn $2,000 while you get up to speed. Pay & Incentives: • Earn $1,000–$1,800/week depending on location • Guaranteed weekly minimums of $1,200–$1,500 when stipulations are met • $1,500 signing bonus + $1,100 orientation completion pay • Detention and layover pay when delays occur • $1,000 referral bonus Home Time: Home daily or most nights based on location Freight: 100% no-touch flatbed freight — most loads come pre-loaded and pre-tarped!
